Terms and Conditions

Last updated: July 3, 2026

These terms explain the rules for using 1ClickWebsite.ai, including generated websites, hosting, AI-assisted editing, billing, and account access.

1. Agreement to these terms

By creating an account, signing in, purchasing a plan, generating a website, using support, using hosting, or otherwise accessing 1ClickWebsite.ai, you agree to these Terms and Conditions and our Privacy Policy.

If you use the service on behalf of a company, agency, client, or other organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization to these terms.

If you do not agree to these terms, you may not access or use 1ClickWebsite.ai.

2. What the service includes

1ClickWebsite.ai helps users generate, edit, host, and manage WordPress websites using automation, structured templates, and AI-assisted tools.

The service may include website generation, page creation, SEO defaults, image generation or selection, content editing, hosting setup, white-label delivery options, templates, plugin configuration, agent-assisted changes, support tools, and related infrastructure.

Features, templates, integrations, providers, limits, prices, and availability may change at any time. We may add, remove, pause, replace, or modify parts of the service without guaranteeing continued availability of any specific feature.

3. Accounts

You must be at least 18 years old to use the service. You agree to provide accurate account information and keep your login credentials secure.

You are responsible for all activity under your account, including activity by team members, contractors, clients, or anyone else you allow to access the service.

4. Plans, billing, and refunds

Paid plans are billed according to the plan, billing cycle, and pricing shown when you subscribe or upgrade. Subscription changes may take effect immediately or at the next billing cycle depending on the change.

Site generation credits, hosting resources, AI usage, and other plan limits may reset on a recurring billing cycle and may not roll over unless stated in your plan.

You are responsible for managing your subscription, including cancellation before renewal if you do not want to continue. Forgetting about an active subscription, not using the service, dissatisfaction with generated results, unused credits, unused subscription time, client delays, or changed business needs do not create a right to a refund.

Because the service provides digital access, generated outputs, AI usage, hosting resources, consumed credits, automation labor, support access, and other immediately available digital benefits, all purchases are final and non-refundable for any reason unless our support team chooses, in its sole discretion, to make an exception in writing.

Any refund, credit, courtesy adjustment, extension, or account accommodation is voluntary, does not waive these terms, and does not require us to provide the same outcome to anyone else.

5. Generated websites and content

You may use, edit, publish, and deliver websites and content generated through the service, subject to these terms and applicable law.

You are solely responsible for reviewing generated content before publishing, selling, transferring, advertising, or relying on it. This includes checking business details, offers, claims, legal pages, contact information, images, testimonials, service areas, SEO content, schema, accessibility, privacy notices, industry rules, licensing rules, and all other legal or commercial requirements.

AI-generated content can be inaccurate, incomplete, outdated, duplicative, offensive, non-compliant, or similar to other content. We do not guarantee that generated websites or content are unique, legally compliant, accurate, accessible, ranked by search engines, conversion-ready, suitable for a specific client, or fit for any particular purpose.

You are responsible for obtaining any client approval, legal review, professional review, accessibility review, SEO review, advertising review, and industry-specific review needed before using a generated website.

6. Agencies, clients, and end customers

If you use 1ClickWebsite.ai for a client, customer, employer, agency account, contractor, or other third party, you are solely responsible for that relationship and for all promises, representations, warranties, deliverables, approvals, invoices, refunds, disputes, losses, and obligations connected to that third party.

We are not a party to your agreement with any client or end customer. We do not guarantee that a generated website will satisfy your contract, proposal, scope of work, sales promise, legal obligation, accessibility obligation, SEO promise, advertising promise, support promise, or client expectation.

You are responsible for reviewing, editing, approving, delivering, maintaining, securing, and supporting any website before presenting it to a client or end customer.

7. AI tools, agents, and automation

The service may include AI tools, agents, automated edits, generated code, generated copy, generated images, generated metadata, generated schema, and other automated outputs.

AI tools and agents may misunderstand instructions, make mistakes, omit information, overwrite or change content, generate inaccurate or non-compliant output, fail to complete a task, or create website behavior that requires review, testing, editing, or reversal.

You are solely responsible for reviewing and approving all AI-generated or agent-edited output before publishing, selling, transferring, advertising, or relying on it.

8. Accessibility, ADA, and legal compliance

1ClickWebsite.ai does not provide legal advice, accessibility audits, ADA compliance services, WCAG certification, Section 508 certification, privacy compliance certification, industry compliance certification, or any guarantee that a generated website complies with any law, regulation, standard, guideline, or platform rule.

Generated websites may not satisfy accessibility requirements, including the Americans with Disabilities Act, WCAG, Section 508, state accessibility laws, international accessibility standards, or similar rules. You are solely responsible for reviewing, testing, remediating, maintaining, and monitoring accessibility before and after publication.

You agree that any website you create, publish, sell, host, transfer, or operate using 1ClickWebsite.ai is your responsibility. You are responsible for legal pages, cookie notices, privacy notices, consent requirements, accessibility, claims, licensing, regulated-industry requirements, and ongoing compliance.

If you or your client needs legal, accessibility, privacy, tax, advertising, healthcare, financial, insurance, construction, or other regulated advice, you must consult a qualified professional.

9. No professional advice

1ClickWebsite.ai does not provide legal, tax, financial, medical, insurance, accessibility, privacy, security, advertising, SEO, compliance, or other professional advice.

Any templates, generated legal pages, SEO defaults, schema, metadata, accessibility-related features, privacy language, cookie language, or support responses are provided for general product use only and should not be treated as professional advice.

You are responsible for consulting qualified professionals when your website, client, industry, jurisdiction, advertising, privacy obligations, accessibility obligations, or business risk requires professional review.

10. Hosting, uptime, and website operation

Hosting, domains, DNS, WordPress, plugins, themes, third-party APIs, AI providers, databases, email tools, analytics tools, and other infrastructure may be provided by us or by third-party providers.

We do not guarantee uptime, uninterrupted access, error-free operation, backup availability, disaster recovery, page speed, Core Web Vitals, search rankings, lead volume, conversion rate, security, malware prevention, contact form delivery, email delivery, analytics accuracy, tracking accuracy, or that any website will continue working indefinitely.

Websites may break, slow down, be taken offline, lose functionality, stop submitting forms, fail to send notifications, display incorrect information, lose tracking, or require maintenance because of WordPress updates, plugin updates, theme changes, expired services, hosting issues, provider outages, user edits, agent edits, DNS changes, domain issues, security events, third-party changes, or other causes.

You are solely responsible for testing and monitoring website functionality, including forms, phone links, email links, tracking, analytics, booking flows, payment flows, SEO elements, security settings, backups, uptime, and any business-critical workflow before and after publication.

You are responsible for maintaining backups, exports, credentials, domain access, DNS access, client records, and any other materials you need to preserve or migrate a website.

11. Plugins, themes, licenses, and third-party assets

Generated websites may use WordPress, themes, plugins, templates, media, scripts, APIs, or other third-party tools. These tools may be subject to their own terms, licenses, limits, pricing, updates, restrictions, and availability.

Unless we expressly state otherwise in writing, plugin licenses, theme licenses, API keys, integration credentials, template rights, and related account-level assets provided through 1ClickWebsite.ai remain owned, controlled, or managed by 1ClickWebsite.ai or its providers. They are not sold, assigned, transferred, or permanently licensed to you or your clients.

We do not guarantee that any plugin, theme, template, license, integration, license key, or third-party service will remain active, supported, compatible, available, transferable, or included indefinitely.

If you export, migrate, transfer, resell, or independently host a website, you may need to purchase, replace, renew, configure, or maintain your own licenses, plugins, themes, hosting, APIs, and third-party services. You are responsible for those costs and requirements.

12. Support scope

Support is provided on a best-effort basis. We may attempt to reply within 48 business hours, but response times are not guaranteed and may vary based on volume, plan level, complexity, holidays, weekends, and available staff.

Support may include product guidance, account help, troubleshooting, documentation, and reasonable assistance with 1ClickWebsite.ai features. Support does not include guaranteed custom development, legal review, accessibility remediation, SEO consulting, emergency response, client management, third-party platform support, or unlimited revisions unless separately agreed in writing.

We may decline, limit, pause, or prioritize support requests at our discretion, including requests that are abusive, outside scope, excessive, unclear, dependent on third-party systems, or not reasonably related to the service.

Users are expected to use available product documentation, help materials, and account tools where applicable.

13. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the service for illegal activity, spam, malware, deceptive content, impersonation, intellectual property infringement, unauthorized scraping, abusive automation, or attempts to disrupt or gain unauthorized access to our systems.

You also agree not to upload or generate content that you do not have the right to use, including protected logos, images, names, trademarks, client data, or third-party content.

You may not resell, sublicense, reverse engineer, scrape, copy, clone, exploit, or compete with the service using our non-public workflows, templates, prompts, software, outputs, systems, or internal methods except as allowed by your plan and these terms.

14. Third-party services

The service may rely on third-party providers for payments, hosting, domains, authentication, databases, analytics, AI processing, email, support, and WordPress infrastructure.

We are not responsible for third-party services, outages, data loss, security incidents, policy changes, pricing changes, account suspensions, content removals, API changes, model changes, or other actions taken by third-party platforms.

Your use of third-party services may be governed by their own terms and privacy policies. You are responsible for complying with those terms where they apply to you or your clients.

15. Intellectual property

1ClickWebsite.ai owns the service, platform, templates, software, workflows, brand assets, and related intellectual property.

You retain rights to your own business information and content that you provide. You grant us the rights needed to process, display, edit, host, store, transmit, transform, and generate content from that information so we can provide, improve, secure, and support the service.

Generated website content may be used by you, subject to these terms, but ownership of the underlying platform, templates, software, prompt systems, automation workflows, editor systems, plugin licenses, theme licenses, and service infrastructure is not transferred to you.

16. Privacy, data, and cookies

Your use of the service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. The Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, protect, retain, and share information.

You acknowledge that the service may use cookies, analytics, logs, support tools, AI providers, hosting providers, payment processors, and other vendors needed to operate and improve the product.

If you use 1ClickWebsite.ai for clients, users in Europe, users in California, or users in other regulated regions, you are responsible for determining what privacy notices, consent flows, cookie banners, data processing terms, contracts, disclosures, or legal requirements apply to your use case.

17. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate access to the service if you violate these terms, create risk for the platform, fail to pay, misuse the service, or use the service in a way that may harm us, our users, or third parties.

You may stop using the service at any time. Canceling a paid plan stops future billing according to the cancellation flow, but it does not automatically refund prior charges.

After cancellation, failed payment, suspension, or termination, access to generated websites, hosting, backups, exports, plugin licenses, support, account tools, and related services may be limited, removed, or deleted. You are responsible for preserving anything you need before canceling or losing access.

18. Disclaimers

The service is provided as is and as available. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, non-infringement, availability, accuracy, reliability, security, accessibility, and compliance.

We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, profitable, legally compliant, accessible, ranked by search engines, accepted by advertising platforms, free from data loss, or that generated websites will meet every legal, technical, SEO, accessibility, privacy, industry, or business requirement.

You are responsible for reviewing, testing, approving, maintaining, and monitoring websites before and after publishing, selling, transferring, or relying on them.

19. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, 1ClickWebsite.ai will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, including lost profits, lost revenue, lost data, or business interruption.

This limitation includes claims related to generated content, accessibility, ADA compliance, privacy compliance, hosting outages, domain issues, plugin issues, form failures, missed messages, missed leads, lost sales, lost customers, incorrect contact information, tracking failures, third-party services, data loss, security incidents, malware, unauthorized access, search rankings, advertising results, client disputes, refunds, support delays, or website performance.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim related to the service will be limited to the amount you paid to 1ClickWebsite.ai for the service during the three months before the event giving rise to the claim.

20. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless 1ClickWebsite.ai, its owners, affiliates, contractors, vendors, officers, employees, and agents from claims, damages, liabilities, losses, settlements, costs, and expenses arising from your use of the service, your generated websites, your clients, your content, your business, your violation of these terms, your violation of law, your violation of third-party rights, or your failure to review, test, maintain, secure, monitor, or legally approve a website.

This includes claims related to accessibility, ADA compliance, privacy compliance, advertising claims, regulated industries, intellectual property, client disputes, website outages, broken forms, missed leads, lost revenue, incorrect business information, security incidents, malware, plugin or license issues, generated content, and use of third-party services.

21. Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of the United States and, where applicable, the laws of the state in which 1ClickWebsite.ai is legally organized or principally operates, without regard to conflict of law rules.

Before filing any claim, you agree to contact us and attempt to resolve the issue informally. Any dispute must be brought individually and not as part of a class, collective, consolidated, or representative action to the extent permitted by law.

22. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. When we do, we will update the date on this page and may provide notice by email, in-app notice, website notice, or another reasonable method.

Your continued access to or use of 1ClickWebsite.ai after updated terms are posted or sent means you accept the updated terms.
