business_name, phone, email, address, primary_color, logo_url

Even if you do not have emails for every business yet, keep the email column in the file so the uploader can read the CSV correctly.

Yes, you can create one, but the minimum charge is 5 lead gen credits per batch.

So creating 1 mini-site costs the same as creating 5. The reason is that we create one set of images per batch.

Lead Gen does not scrape the prospect's website right now. It uses the information from your CSV, like business name, phone, email, address, and industry, then creates semi-personalized demo content from there.

The best way to frame this to prospects is that the content is semi-personalized demo content, not final copy that is meant to be taken literally.

Lead Gen runs are separate from full site creations.

On Professional, for example, you can have 10 full site creations and 500 Lead Gen runs. The Lead Gen demo sites do not subtract from your full site creation balance.

Example: if you start with 500 Lead Gen runs and 10 full site builds, then create 250 Lead Gen demo sites, you would have 250 Lead Gen runs left and still have 10 full site builds. If 3 prospects buy full websites, then you would use 3 of the 10 full site builds.

Lead Gen is available on the Pro plan and above.

A Lead Gen site is a demo/prospecting site. It is not meant to become the customer's final production website.

Use Lead Gen to show a prospect a lightweight personalized demo. If the prospect wants to move forward, create a full site using a normal site generation credit.

Full site credits are for real production websites that can be edited, hosted, migrated, and delivered to the customer.

Migrate Guru is the recommended plugin, but you can use another WordPress migration plugin if you prefer.

Generated sites are hosted temporarily for 14 days.

Before that window closes, you can either:

1. Migrate the site to your own hosting.
2. Host it through 1ClickWebsite.

Hosting through 1ClickWebsite is $10/month or $65/year per site.

If you do neither, the temporary site is automatically deleted from our servers after the 14-day window.

Hosting is not included in the normal site generation plans.

The temporary preview URL itself cannot be changed for future preview URLs.

The temporary URL is already greylabel, meaning it does not show 1ClickWebsite branding. If you want the site on your own domain, migrate it to your own hosting or add hosting through 1ClickWebsite.

Create a CNAME record for www and point it to the root domain.

For example, if your root domain is example.com, set the www CNAME to point to example.com or to @, depending on what your DNS provider supports.

To connect hosting, you need access to the DNS settings wherever the domain is managed.

After purchasing hosting from the dashboard, 1ClickWebsite gives you the DNS records to add. In general, this involves updating the root A record and adding the required CNAME record.

Make sure the root domain only has the correct A record for the 1ClickWebsite server. Extra A records pointing somewhere else can prevent the domain from loading the right site.

1ClickWebsite does not sell domains directly.

Buy the domain from any domain registrar, like Namecheap, Cloudflare, GoDaddy, or another provider. Then use the 1ClickWebsite hosting setup flow to get the DNS records you need to add at that registrar.

There is not currently a way to shorten the temporary site expiration window.

Temporary generated sites are set to expire after 14 days unless they are migrated or hosted.

Both V1 and V2 generate WordPress sites, but they use different editing foundations.

V1 sites are Breakdance-based WordPress sites. Editing is mostly done through Breakdance, Universal fields, and normal WP Admin areas.

V2 sites are OCF-based WordPress sites built around structured fields, the OCF visual editor, and the Website Agent. V2 is the newer AI-first direction for the platform.

V1 is still available and existing V1 sites are still supported, but V2 is the main direction for future editing, templates, and agent workflows.

V2 sites are not built around Breakdance.

They are built around OCF and the V2 template system. You still get WordPress admin access, but the recommended V2 editing workflow is OCF, the visual editor, and the Website Agent.

If Breakdance is non-negotiable for a project, use V1.

No. V1 and V2 have different agent capabilities.

V1 agent support is more limited. It can help with tasks like creating service pages, service-area pages, blog posts, and global color changes.

V2 agent support is designed for broader control because V2 sites use OCF and a structured editing system. The deeper agent editing features are designed for V2 sites.

V1 email setup can be more manual and depends more on the hosting setup.

For V2 sites hosted through 1ClickWebsite, SMTP is configured more automatically. If you migrate a V2 site to your own hosting, you can still adjust or replace the email setup through FluentSMTP inside WordPress.

Yes, you can add more pages after the site is built.

The creation flow has a max of 12 for each CMS type, like service pages and service area pages. After generation, there is no hard max from that flow.

You can either ask the agent to add the new page and content, or add it manually in WP Admin. If the agent adds it, it should keep the page style congruent with the rest of the site.

Unlike V1, there are not many setup tasks for V2 Lightning sites.

Make sure that:

1. The favicon is set.
2. The site name looks good.

After that, you are pretty much all set.

For V2 sites, Breakdance is not used. Breakdance is only used for V1 sites.

If Breakdance is a must-have, stick with V1. Otherwise, V2 uses the agent for edits, and for simple text, image, and color changes you can use the OCF visual editor in WP Admin.

Images are created using AI. We do not use stock photos.

V2 is agent-first.

For bigger changes, use the Website Agent inside the 1ClickWebsite dashboard. Choose the site from the dropdown and describe the change you want.

For simple manual edits, log into WP Admin and use the OCF Editor. That is best for text, images, colors, theme fields, contact form fields, and other lightweight updates.

V2 does not use Breakdance as the main editing surface.

You can continue using the agent after migration as long as the site is still connected correctly in the 1ClickWebsite dashboard.

If the domain changes during migration, update the domain for that site in the dashboard so the agent knows where to connect.

When the agent creates new pages, it may create them in draft mode.

If you are logged into WP Admin, you may be able to see draft pages that public visitors cannot see yet. To make the page public, tell the agent to publish the page or publish it manually in WP Admin.

Yes, V2 supports creating sites in multiple languages.

Choose the language during the site creation flow after selecting the template.

1ClickWebsite can be used for many types of businesses, not just home services.

The home service templates are built around services and service-area pages, which makes them a strong fit for local service businesses. For other business types, use the closest matching template and adapt the content, images, and sections after generation.

Yes. During site creation, there is an import website option on the business description step.

That feature creates an AI summary of the existing website's home page and uses it to help fill in the business description. You can also autofill Google Business Profile information by searching for the business on the prior step.

No. 1ClickWebsite is not a codebase importer or live-site cloning tool.

It works from predefined WordPress templates, then uses automation and AI to fill the template with business-specific text, images, pages, and settings. You can use an existing website for summary/context during creation, but it will not import or clone custom code from Lovable, Claude, HTML files, or another live site.

If images are missing or showing oddly after a site is generated, clear the site cache first.

Use the Purge and Preload Cache option. That is the cache reset option that usually fixes missing image boxes or stale styling.

Yes, these are still WordPress sites, so you can usually install and use normal WordPress plugins.

For common plugin categories like caching, booking widgets, SEO tools, SMTP, security, or forms, the best answer is that they should work in most cases, but compatibility can depend on the specific plugin.

For SEO, note that 1ClickWebsite sites already use Slim SEO for meta titles, descriptions, sitemap, robots.txt, and schema. If you replace that with another SEO plugin, make sure you are not creating duplicate SEO settings.

Your WordPress login is separate from your 1ClickWebsite account login.

Go to the 1ClickWebsite dashboard, open the site, and view the WP Admin credentials for that specific site. Use those credentials to log into WordPress.

You can add reviews after the site is created.

Either paste the reviews into the agent and ask it to add them, or add them manually in WP Admin under the Reviews area.

Once at least one review exists, the review section can appear on the home page. If you need to reposition or adjust that section, use the agent.

For appointment scheduling or booking, use a WordPress booking plugin or an embeddable booking widget.

The generated site gives you the WordPress site structure, but booking usually requires connecting a calendar, payment system, and the specific booking rules for that business.

For most shared business details, go to WP Admin and open the Universal fields area.

That is where you can update values like the logo, phone number, business details, and other site-wide information.

For V1 sites, do not edit Breakdance-designed pages with the regular WordPress/Gutenberg editor unless you know exactly what you are changing.

If a page looks like plain WordPress text or the Breakdance layout disappears:

1. Go to WP Admin > Pages.
2. Hover the page and choose Edit with Breakdance, not regular Edit.
3. If the Breakdance layout is still intact, save/update the page from Breakdance.
4. Clear the cache.
5. If the Breakdance editor is empty, check page revisions and restore a version from before the regular editor change.

For V1 sites, ACF Pro is part of the site stack and should stay installed.

If auto-updates show a license warning after migration, the site can still function normally. Many users leave auto-updates off after migration. If the license needs to be reactivated on a migrated site, support may need WP Admin access to reactivate it.

For V1 Breakdance headers, go to WP Admin > Breakdance > Headers and open the header template.

Click the dropdown or menu item you want to edit, then remove or change the link from there. Save the header after making the change.

Yes, you can embed a GoHighLevel form.

Tell the agent that you want to replace the existing contact form with an embedded form and provide the embed code from GHL.

That should get the form on the site. You may need to go back and forth with the agent a couple times to get the sizing right.

Yes. Form notifications can be configured to send to a maximum of 3 email addresses, including BCC.

Most form email issues come down to the form notification settings or SMTP configuration.

If the site is still on 1ClickWebsite hosting or a temporary 1ClickWebsite domain, SMTP is already set up for form notification emails.

If you migrate the site to your own host, you should set up SMTP with that host or with your preferred SMTP plugin.

After setting up SMTP, make sure the "from" email in the form settings is updated under Universal Fields in the OCF Editor inside WP Admin.

No. The email entered in the business information flow is used as site/business information. It does not notify the client on your behalf.

Site progress notifications go to your 1ClickWebsite user email. Form submission emails are handled separately inside WordPress through the site's form settings.

Yes, form submissions can be connected to external webhooks, but the exact setup depends on the form builder and hosting environment.

If the form is saving submissions but webhook requests are not reaching external URLs, confirm the webhook URL and form action settings first. If those are correct and outbound requests still fail, contact support because the server may need an allowlist or firewall adjustment.

1ClickWebsite generates the core on-page SEO for each site.

That includes meta titles, meta descriptions, schema, image alt text, and sitemap setup.

For local SEO, the generated sites can include local business schema, FAQ schema, service pages, service-area pages, page titles, meta descriptions, business name, phone, address, hours, and areas served.

Schema can be checked with https://validator.schema.org/ and can be adjusted through the agent when needed.

"Generate 10 new sites per month" means you can create 10 new full websites each month.

It is not a lifetime account cap. If you used all 10 each month for 10 months, you would have created 100 sites total.

Site generation credits do not roll over month to month.

There is not currently an a la carte pack for extra full site generations.

If you regularly need more site generations, the current path is to upgrade to a higher plan.

Unused site credits can remain on the account, but any temporary sites already created still follow the 14-day temporary hosting window.

That means credits and generated temporary sites are different things: unused credits are still credits, while created sites need to be hosted or migrated before deletion.

Free trial sites do not count against the monthly site generation allowance.

For example, on Starter, the plan allows a set number of generated sites per month, and free trial sites are separate from that allowance.

The Agency plan is for agencies that need more than the normal monthly site limits and want a higher-volume workflow.

It is mainly for teams that want unlimited site generation, API access, whitelabel delivery, and a setup they can use as part of their own sales or fulfillment process.

If someone just needs a few extra normal sites, upgrading between the public plans is usually the simpler answer. If they need API access, whitelabel, or a higher-volume agency workflow, the Agency plan is the better fit.

The Agency plan includes the full whitelabel platform setup for higher-volume agencies.

It includes:

2. Unlimited Lead Gen.

Yes, that is the kind of use case the Agency/whitelabel setup is meant for.

For employees, the account needs to be set up with the right agency/member structure so team members can access the agency workspace.

For clients, access depends on the exact workflow the agency wants. Some agencies may only want internal team access, while others may want client-facing request or approval flows. If the customer wants clients using the system under their brand, route them toward the Agency/whitelabel setup instead of a normal self-serve plan.

Right now, the API supports Lead Gen V2, not full website creation.

Full site creation through the API is not currently available.
